Delete Your Sauceful Account

Delete from the app

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the Sauceful app:

1. Open the Sauceful app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap “Withdraw health data consent and delete my account.”
4. Confirm when prompted.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, profile, meal plans, favourites, meal history, and subscription record. This cannot be undone.

What we retain

We retain a minimal internal log noting that a deletion occurred, for record-keeping purposes only. This log contains no personal or health data.

If you’re unable to access the app, email us at hello@sauceful.co.uk to request deletion instead.
